Clifford Smith - Board Director
Clifford Smith brings experience, expertise and leadership to the Board of HJS Foundation. He serves as Board Chairperson of Elusion Music Group and TamadTech Technology Consulting. Clifford has worked for over 30 years in various Non-profit setting in New Orleans and Minneapolis and is currently training as an Non-profit business organizer in Minneapolis.
Clifford has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Orleans with a minor in Business. He is a passionate philanthropist who vision is to improve the awareness of Lupus throughout the United States and improve the quality of life with people living with Lupus. Mark Noah - Cheif Marketing Officer
Mark Noah is the operating C.M.O of HJS Lupus Foundation. Mark specializes in business management, business project development, marketing, advertising, Network Administration, and investors relations. Mark has over four years experience in the marketing field and has worked as Lien Release Specialist for Indecomm Global Services, a broker Liaison for Freedom Mortgage, and a Loan Servicing Consultant for Wells Fargo.
Mark brings many years of non-profit experience and leadership to the Board. He has served as Board Chairperson of TamadTech, and for many years served as a board member on his Church Administrative Council. Mark's skills in advertising, marketing management, network administration, and investor relations has helped the HJS Lupus Foundation meet some of its goals and will continue to build a sense of confident, compassion, and strong leadership for the HJS Lupus Foundation.
Carsar Addo - Chief Financial Officer
Carsar Addo is the CFO of HJS Foundation. He specialize in financial management, software accounting, and business analysis. Carsar have over 4 years of experience in the finance field. He has worked as a Financial Analyst for the University of Minnesota, an internal auditor for Wells Fargo, and as a Business Analyst for United Health Group. Carsar brings a lot of skill in financial management and is skilled in financial accounting and data analysis.
Carsar has many years of experience dealing with Non-profit Organzation. He currently hold the title as the chief financial officer for TamadTech and is the founding member of WorkSmart Foundation. He has worked as a tutor for Americorps and helped founded the Hospitality House Foundation for Kids. He is a true philanthropist and is passionate about the success and future of the HJS Lupus Foundation.
